    Can I add or remove an item from an order I submitted?
    Once an order is submitted, it is sent to our warehouse to be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot change or update your order. However, if the order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel the order and refund your payment. You may then place a new order for the items you want. If you want to add an item, please place another order. Please send an email to triplescoopindustries@gmail.com to check order status.  
    Can I see my order history?
    You can see your order history by going to http://triple-scoop.com/my-account and logging in to your account.
    What is your order acceptance policy
    Our orders are processed using our e-commerce and payment processing system. Order acceptance is dependent on approval of your credit card payment. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after receipt of your order .

    Do you have a Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee?
    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Triple Scoop Industries, Inc. you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (less the shipping and handling charges).

    To ensure prompt processing, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and including a copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt. If you do not have a copy of your packing slip, please enclose a note with your reason for return.

    I've returned my item. How soon will I receive my refund?
    Refunds on returned item(s) will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase and should be appear as a credit in your account within 1 – 2 billing cycles.
